Today was an odd day.
I woke up in the middle of the night with a terrible sore throat. Sore enough that I got up to take some medicine. I took a pretty long nap and have felt better and worse throughout the day, but no fever.
Isaac had the morning off school, which was weird but nice. He got some work and chores done, and had some fun. Ben also stayed home for a little bit this morning because he was working crazy hours Monday and Tuesday. We played a game which was nice...we haven't been playing as many games due to schedules.
I also got started putting the new Christmas tree together. The pegs are not as consistently sized as ideal, but we're figuring it out. Below is the top half of the tree in two different configurations.
