Monday: dinner

Tonight we had our annual ham and squash dinner. Since last year the squash was rather frustrating to make, I checked the interwebs this time. So this time it was made in the oven and was much smoother (and cleaner). Yay!

That sounds yummy, but why only once a year??

I'm not really sure...I think it might be because we end up getting the squash at the same place we pick apples. And sometimes it's a lot of work.

Oh, I was going to tell my future self to cook for 35 at 375.
